Tablet Press

Manual hydraulic tablet press for the production of compacts with a smooth and homogeneous surface for spectral analysis such as X-ray fluorescence analysis or infrared spectroscopy for elemental analysis.

With the manually operated hydraulic FRITSCH tablet press, solid samples can be quickly and easily processed into stable and at the same time highly permeable compacts for X-ray fluorescence analysis or infrared spectroscopy. The pressing force is variable up to max. 250 kN and is automatically relieved in case of overload. Pressing tools for tablets with 40 mm Ø and 32 mm Ø can be ordered at the same time. Other pressing tools on request. It’s as easy as this: Fill in the sample, close the magnetically holding door and build up the desired pressure with the hand lever – done. If binders are needed to stabilise your pressed tablets, we will be happy to help you. Automatic tablet presses with a pressing force of 400 kN are available on request.
